Your message reaches the team that builds and maintains BRIX Calc. There is no call centre in between. A question about the calculation engine is answered by someone who knows how that engine works.

What you can email about

Questions about a calculation, a metric or a formula are welcome. If you think a result is wrong, send the name of your project and a screenshot along, so we can check the numbers. The same address works for your subscription, an invoice or deleting your account. Requests about your personal data arrive here too.

Finding an answer faster

Many questions are already answered on the frequently asked questions page and in the knowledge base. If you would rather see the tool in action, book a 20-minute online demo. You can delete your account yourself, from your account settings.
